Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We have been breeding puppies for over 25 years and we were Registered Breeders in the past.
Dogs Victoria is a very reputable organisation and we respect what they do, however we have now chose to go a different path.
We are a Council Approved Domestic Animal Business, this means we have our Kennel inspected and audited by a local Council representative.
So please be assured our puppies are bred in a very loving and safe environment.
The Dog Breeding business is a complex one, the choices are endless, and it can become very overwhelming and it is easy to get disillusioned when you are trying to find your puppy.
Your Breeder has to be able to answer whatever questions you have and be happy to do so. They should be easy to approach and it should feel right, if it doesn't walk away.
Your Breeder should ask you questions about you also, though some breeders can ask too many and some don't ask enough, again if it doesn't seem right walk away.
The procedure for getting your new puppy should be an easy, enjoyable experience.
Send us an Expression of Interest by using our Contact Us form, Phone, Text or Messenger and we will start the process of hopefully bringing a new puppy to your family. The process can be discussed in more detail after first contact is made.
We supervise the birth of our Puppies and they are whelped in a temperature controlled purpose built nursery. The room is private and provides a quiet environment so mum can nurture her new puppies.
Once the puppies are two weeks old they are starting to open their eyes and see the world for the first time.
Three to four weeks they start to look outside the whelping box, we will start to introduce solid food now to help mum out.
Five weeks and now on the move, mum has her hands full, so to speak. The puppies will be starting to explore outside and personalities are beginning to show.
Six weeks old and the vet is visiting, puppies are micro-chipped, given first vaccination and they are health checked. Once they have had a Vaccination we allow visits, but sorry not before.
The last two weeks with us are BUSY! The puppies are weaned fully, they are playful and energetic, oh and they are so very very cute!
Puppies will have been wormed at 2,4,6 & 8 weeks
Eight Weeks - Home time with their new families, lots of love and fun to be had - Exciting Times!
We are on a spacious family farm near Bendigo, Victoria
Our puppies as they get bigger are allowed to explore our garden and encouraged to play outside, so having lots of room for them is wonderful for their development.
Please trust your instincts but some general tips to avoid puppy scammers:
